diving into our study of penguins and have already turned our room's ceiling into
somewhat of a rookery (penguin gathering place)!! Thank you for the donations to help
with our projects...I think you'd agree that these birds are pretty cool!
We have been doing some comparisons of heights between ourselves and the largest
penguin, the Emperor Penguin. It measures 48 inches tall. We found that most
of the class is almost eye level with these birds!!!
January is also the birthday month of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
We worked on class books about this man and his peaceful
